    IFIG

The Insurance Fraud Investigators Group does exactly what it says on the tin... They are a Members’ Organisation dedicated to the detection and prevention of Insurance Fraud. It is a non-profit making organisation created to tackle the growing problem of Insurance Fraud in the UK and disrupt insurance fraudsters.

We have been working with IFIG since it's inception; designing the logo and website, then rolling it out to display stands, leaflets and promotional gifts. The site has a secure area for the members to connect, report and research insurance fraud. Members include Insurers, Investigators, Loss Adjusters, Lawyers and Law Enforcement.

  • Shakespeare's Treasures

We have worked on a few exhibitions for Shakespeares Birthplace Trust and The RSC over the past year, with the latest being a showcase of unique and priceless treasures.

We worked extensively with the curators to design the information panels and plan the layout of the exhibition space. Initially we visited and took measurements of the space and took photographs. Next we mocked up our ideas, trying out different layouts, typestyles, sizes and colours.

The final exhibition consists of vinyl cut lettering and printed foamex panels – some cut to shape – all alongside wonderful, rarely seen 'treasures' such as the Cobbe portrait.

Go and have a look... The exhibition runs until exhibition 31 Dec 2013, at the Birthplace.

  • Remember, remember: A history of fireworks in Britain

This was a great project to work on. Compton Verney asked us to design the vinyl graphics for the exhibition that was being curated by Simon Costin, Director of the Museum of British Folklore.

The final result was breathtaking. The graphics and packaging showing the history of fireworks was stunning on the dark blue walls. It captured the imagination and took you right back to your childhood.

  • Bomber's Moon

The Belgrade Theatre approached us to design artwork for their new production "Bomber's Moon". We were provided a synopsis of the play along with audience profiles and details of the tone/feel from the Director.

The design team came up with a few ideas then worked them up. We really felt the design should centre around the two main characters and the Bomber's Moon (illustratively and typographically). The final design was presented and there were very few amendments. We'd hit the nail on the head!

  • Central Sports

The Central Sports site already existed and the site navigation was in the process of being changed by their team of techs. But they felt there was something missing... it needed some 'sparkle', a bit of 'zing', it needed to make it stand out in the market place.

Karen and Anna had worked with Chris and Paul a few years ago, so they hunted us out to see if we could help. After discussions about what was needed Karen got to work. We arranged new photography and re-designed the site visually to be dark and powerful. The product images stand out really well on black and there is now a clear process for buying. The new brand style has now been rolled out to press ads and the new catalogue. Everyone loves it and sales are up - happy days!

  • Quentin Blake

Back in 2011 we designed exhibition graphics for Quentin Blake - As Large as Life for Compton Verney.

As designers and illustrators Quentin Blake is a bit of a hero – we all remember his iconic work from the Roald Dahl books as children – so the chance to work on an exhibition of his set the studio alight.

Working with the curators we developed a style for the vinyl graphics, and also added a cheeky little printed graphic using Blake's own scooter image. We enjoyed the project and Quentin approved of the end result.
